i am a 16 year old guy and i am very concious about my height. I wish to get taller. Can i know what (activities) can make you not get talller of my age (not including genes inherited)?

Height is mostly genetically determined. If your parents are tall, you most probably will be tall, if they are short, so will you.

165 cm is not a bad height at your age. You still have a couple or three years to go on growing taller before you stop.

If you are really concerned about this matter, i would recommend that you be seen by an endocrinologist, a doctor specialized in endocrine glands.

Back in the days when i was short i had really long fingers for that height now my fingers seem kind of small or short my question is do you fingers grow with your height!?I've already turned 19 and im not that tall but i'm trying past 2 months ive grown i believe half and inch im doing everything i can to gain height but i really want to know if my fingers will grow as well!?recently i've gone to a aamil who makes taweezaat and naqsh (its healing with the help of our holy bok quran since im a muslim) its has worked for alot of people i know and i'm hoping it'll work for me too but can you please tell me IF MY FINGERS WILL GROW WITH MY HEIGHT?Thanks
