Question: cloudy & stinky urine

 exqfinecandy - Sat Feb 23, 2008 8:02 pm

hi,
Since around December, my urine has been cloudy and stinky at least 75% of the time. I have been struggling with pmdd, endometrioses and dehydration for several years but never had urine problems. So, I don't know if the new pee problem is related to some of my existing problems or is it a new problem. I do not feel like I have a bladder, urinary tract or kidney infection. So,
I have been trying to find an answer online and cant figure out the problem..... Any ideas?

Thanks Cass

User avatar Hello,
The first and easiest treatment is to increase your water intake. Urine should be very pale yellow or colorless if you are getting adequate hydration. If this doesn't help, you should have a urinalysis to rule out UTI, even though you don't have other typical symptoms.

Best wishes.
