Can taking isulin prior to blood test show a false positve of Insulin autoantibody?

While my limited understanding of this subject leads me to believe the answer to your question to be "yes", I think the definitive answer would best be gotten by asking someone at the laboratory where the test is to be done, or by asking the doctor who orders the test.
