Question: Do I have diabetes?

After a fasting blood test, my blood sugar was 69...I was told that was my doctors office is telling me I may have diabetes because (from the same blood work) my insulin levels is low. Unfortunatley I do not know what the insulin level was. What could be wrong?

insulin is a hormone regulating carbohydrate metabolism,in diadetics either insulin level is low r there is insulinressistance.better consult diabetologist
