I am a 26 year old male...I develop pain in my penis (tip not the shaft) if I masturbate more than two times a day. I've had this issue for more than 10 years but have not paid any attention to this. Is this normal or do I have a problem here? I am concerned if this might cause problems with my sexual life (I've never had sexual intercourse)
Thank you

There are a few reasons you may be having pain. You may have some inflammation at the tip of your urethra due to trauma. This could easily cause pain.
An infection of your epidydmus or testes could also produce pain, although the location of pain solely at the tip of the penis would be a little unusual.
There may be a superficial skin infection causing your symptoms.
I would recommend you be evaluated by your doctor to look for any infections or other possible causes of your pain. Best to make sure it isn't anything that needs antibiotics, etc.
Hope this helps.
