Ok, i'm still a virgin.
don't have any medical history
recently i've noticed red itchy bumps on my penis head that are tender to the touch
before my penis was a little raw from masturbation/dry humping my girlfriend
it hurts and itches when i masturbate now
they almost feel like pimples but will not pop and do not have pus..
they are on the inside of my foreskin also
can anybody tell me what this is?

 Hello Skullkid2010,
There are a few possibilities. These may be bumps related to irritation from excess moisture. They may also be due to a fungal skin infection that is prone to affect this area since it is usually moist. Using an antifungal cream is safe and they can be obtained over-the-counter. If this does not help over the course of a week or so I would recommend you see your doctor for an evaluation.
