pain in bladder at the end of urination are all classic symptoms. This is something that if not treated can become Pyelonephritis which means the infection has spread to your kidneys and can make you very very sick.
You need to go see a doctor Hello. If you don't have a regular doctor, go to the nearest Urgent Care clinic. If you develop a
fever or your symptoms worsen go the the Emergency Room at your local hospital. This is not something to ignore call your doctor.
