Hello,
Bleeding is rarely a sign of cancer and cervical pap smears are the best way to monitor changes that sometimes lead to cancer. Bleeding can be associated with dry vaginal tissue (need more lubrication), rough sex,
endometriosis and other conditions. You should discuss it with your doctor who can examine for any abnormality. It is not likely serious.
