Hello,
There are other bowel problems that may not show up on tests such as irritable bowel syndrome. I would discuss your ongoing symptoms with your doctor. If it was Crohn's disease, it would show up in a
colonoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, CT scan, or barium sensitive x-ray. I assume the test you took was probably one of these. If those were normal, you can be pretty confident about having ruled this out. You should look to other causes for whatever symptoms you are having.
