There could be many possible causes for feeling emotionally numb besides PTSD. Some examples include
depression, a reaction to stress, loss or relationship problems, and even rarely some medical causes. I might suggest that you consider seeing a counselor or therapist, to understand what underlies this state of numbness. In addition, you might see your physician, and be sure that you don't have any medical illness that might contribute to this. Good luck!
