The round sores on your foreskin and the lump on your leg may or may not be related. In any case, these symptoms are abnormal and must be evaluated by your doctor. He or she will be able to order appropriate tests. You didn't mention if you are sexually active with a partner; sores can be an indication of sexually transmitted disease. You need to see your doctor as soon as possible to get appropriate treatment.
