lower back pain help me please.

lower back pain help me please.

My lower right back has been hurting a a lot lately. and now my left leg, near my groin area is starting to hurt. everytime i sneeze, or cough, my lower back hurts really bad. and causes me to grit my teeth. the other night, i got up out of bed. it took me 3 trys to get up. i started to laugh hysterically, and i could not control it. i have no idea whats wrong with me. and havent been able to get to see a doctor yet. please, please help me.

Hello,
Increasing low back pain with cough or sneeze may indicate a bulging disc. Symptoms worsen because the increased intraabdominal pressure from the cough or sneeze adds pressure on the spine.
Having a physician examine your back, hips and legs and perhaps MRI will be important.
