What is a reasonable weight limit(lbs) for lifting over head with 3 neck herniations?

Hello,
Overhead lifting limitations with three disc herniations in the neck depends on the level and extent of the herniation. It also depends on the symptoms - pain, numbness, tingling, weakness.
The neurosurgeon should determine the extent of herniation via MRI and can make any specific recommendation.
Sorry I can't be more specific but need more information.
