Hair Loss - After Delivery

Hello Dr, I had given birth for baby girl 3 months back. I am breast feeding. My hairs started falling for the past one month. I am having little headache, after I massage my head, I am loosing my hairs... Is it because of any Vitamin impacts... Please advise me
