vaginal ripping starting with lil bumps

i had an std test 2 months ago and i was tested for everything and it all came back negative. i only have sex with my boyfriend. the past month or so everytime we have sex i get bumps on the skin around my vagina opening. they usually go away within a couple days. no big deal. but lately my skin as been tearing. right where the bumps were. almost as if the bumps were a line and now my skin is tearing up the line. and its really painful because its an open sore. i thought this may be caused by my boyfriends tongue ring because he just recently started giving me oral sex. but im not sure. what could it be?

It would not be possible to diagnose this without an examination. Of course it is possible you could get some type of infection, yeast or bacterial and yes, the sore could have been from irritation due to the tongue ring. I would avoid sex while the area heals and also avoid soaps, especially perfumed products in case you have an allergy. Clothing irritation can be a problem too if your clothing is too tight. Herpes is also a possibility and this can be transmitted through oral sex if he has a cold sore.

If with rest you don't heal or things get worse, you need to see your doctor or other health care provider.
