Just diagnosed wit PID now got milk comin from my breasts?

hi, i was diagnosed wit PID last month. I was due for my period the end of september but got it three four days later. I finished my complete period for around seven days and after three days i found milk coming from my breasts. What could be wrong wit me, am i pregnant? I also took a test when i did not get my period on time n it was negative. Pls help! Am i pregnant?

Hormones are responsible for milk production. Sometimes this is started with the pituitary gland. It does not signal pregnancy as it would not be an early indicator of such. It probably means a little hormone abnormality bit is probably easily corrected. It's best to see your doctor but it's not an emergency.
