Diflucan and Birth control Pills

Postby Candy18 » Sun Jun 05, 2005 11:33 am

I took diflucan on a wed of my last week of my active pills. (I'm on Yasmin) How long do I have to use a back-up method of birthcontrol?

Diflucan isn't an antibiotic - it kills yeast, not bacteria, and it does not affect hormone levels in the pill, so you are fine with no back up method! :D
