Cactus Splinter

My 3yr old has had a run in with a small cactus plant. She had about 5 splinters in her leg. Was able to pull out some with tweezers, but 3 or 4 are to deep to get. I have Polysporin and a bandaid on it. Will her body push them out naturally?

Hello,
Usually they will eventually surface. There may be some festering and then they work themselves out. But if it seems there is infection in the skin, see a doctor.
