Hello,
More and more younger girls are starting their periods earlier these days. It is thought that there are environmental factors where estrogen is affected. We do know there are contaminants in the environment that can have this affect so it is logical this could be at least part of the cause. This is not something to worry about but the
pain on urination should be checked thoroughly for infection or anatomic defect. It might warrant a visit with a urologist if the regular doctor can't determine a cause. It seems unlikely she would still have bruising
pain after a year.
Best wishes.
