Speak to your physician about possible physical causes. If nothing physical can be found, discuss options on how to decrease your stress level beginning with a talk therapy of some sort rather than having medication thrown at you for a quick fix. Coping strategies must be learned to get through these times instead of relying on medications to cover them up.
