stretch marks

i have gained a little bit of weight. i was 125 lbs and now i am 134 lbs. also i am 5 foot and 4 inches tall. however, i realized that i got stretch marks on the lower side of my buttocks and the upper arm. the arm's stretch mark is pink and the lower buttocks one is brownish.


is there is anyway to get rid of them?

Hi chintana,
Mild stretch marks do fade over time and there are some studies that suggest that vitamin E applied to the areas helps. Sunscreen applied also decreases the redness that accompanies sun exposure. While some areas will fade more than others they may not completely disappear. Best wishes.
