This really needs to be looked at by a dermatologist, and probably sooner than later. While they are likely innocent, it is nearly impossible to guess at the nature of most skin lesions without being able to see them up close, in person. Further, what you're describing here, due to the relatively rapid onset and the location, there is a remote possibility this sort of thing can be associated with
Hodgkin's
lymphoma, and so this needs to be ruled out at the same time the lesions are identified and any treatment prescribed.
