Does progesterone Pessaries affect the outcome of HPT

Hi
Im new to this forum and hope you will be able to help.
I have been going through ivf with icsi and am now 13dpec and 10dpet have also been taking progesterone pessaries since my egg transfer, but cause im bad and have no patience I went and did an hpt today and got a faint line. Have I tested too soon or does the progesterone affect this???
I also had a trigger injection of ovitrelle but that was over 2 weeks ago now so it should be out my system by now.
Please let me know your views am going crazy!!!

Hello,
I would not expect these hormones to interfere with home pregnancy tests. It is possible however that your hcg level is not yet high enough to show a strong blue line. Repeat the test after a week as long as you still haven't started your period.
