Decreased estradiol levels does have an effect on sexual drive. It can also lead to vaginal dryness, which can make intercourse uncomfortable. You need to be investigated to determine the cause of your low estradiol levels. If confirmed hormone replacement therapy may be a solution. The risks of this has to be weighed against the benefits.
