Surgical abbreviation definition - IO PALS

i am a nursing student who participated as a circulating nurse to an operation of C. Lopez, at the Ospital ng Maynila Medical Center, Manila, Philippines.
60 years old, female,
Diagnosis: Gravida1 Para0 Ovarian New growth, Probably Malignant, Diabetes Mellitus 2, Hypertension Stage 2,

The operations done: Ex lap, PFCS, TAHBSO IO PALS BLND

I am not only sure on what IO PAL or IO PALS BLND means...

TAH BSO is probably total abdominal hysterectomy / bilateral salpingectomy and oophorectomy
IO often means intake and output (fluids measured entering and leaving the body), which are always measured during surgery
PALS sometimes can stand for periarterial lymphatic sheath, or pediatric advanced life support, but the former is in the spleen, so who knows?
BLND could just mean the patient was blonde
Ask the doctor who wrote the notes.
