Hello,
There are multiple reasons for blood pressure and though sodium can raise blood pressure, you can also have
hypertension that is just genetic in origin and no dietary changes will affect it. These cases must be treated with medication. If you are overweight you can also benefit from losing even a few pounds and exercise can help but realize that some people still have it despite their best efforts.
