While I am unaware of the sort of sweats you describe being related directly to B-12 deficiency, neuropathy can extend to the autonomic nervous system, and so to loss of normal autonomic function such as sweating. However, with the
fever (which if above 100 isn't low grade, but a frank
fever) and the (slightly) elevated white count, I am wondering if you've had a mono spot test done.
Mononucleosis can cause these sorts of symptoms also, as can several other systemic diseases. I'd definitely have everything ruled out before blaming this on the B-12 deficiency.
