Hello -
The labs are, as you point out, all just slightly off, coinciding with a week's worth of lassitude and poor appetite. This would suggest, so far, a probable passing virus. If the symptoms continue more than a few days beyond a week, let the doctor know, and repeat labs may be ordered, which, if anything serious is going on, would by then be farther off. However, so far, everything seems consistent with a nonspecific viral infection, and these can drag on for more than a week, including low energy and loss of interest in food.
Please follow up with us as needed. Hopefully this will resolve on its own, with adequate rest and proper nutrition (despite the loss of appetite). Please let us know how things go.
