Finger tips on right hand smell like syrup "serious"

Postby slosh » Sun May 17, 2009 9:36 am

My finger tips on my right hand for the past 6 months or so smell like syrup. It only happens every so often. I have washed my hands numerous times and after a few seconds the smell returns. I Take claritin for allergies, my family has a history of diabetes. Anyone have an idea on what this could be? No other body parts have this smell. left hand just smells like soap after washing, but right hand sryup odor is strong.

thank you

The smell that you refer to are subjective.Do ask others to smell and see whether it is reproducible by others.
