Help! Pill Identification

Help! Pill Identification

My sister was given a pill by a friend and we need to know what it is. I'm having a little trouble identifiying it with my limited resources. Could anyone help? It is a little, circular, white pill with F L on one side divided in half by a line and 10 on the other side. Please help!
