I am a 40+ male about 40 lbs overweight. 6 weeks ago discomfort on right side, then constipation which was relieved by suppositories and ducolax tabs. Discomfort turned into pain.
Doctor examined me, took blood and all was normal. Abdminal ultrasound & X-ray revealed 5.4 cm mass on liver which they said was just an enlarged blood vessel.
CT Scan confirmed this, but still did not find the cause of pain. Everything else was normal.
Colonoscopy was scheduled for mid January, but pain seems to be more prevalent and somtimes sharp when bending over. Got colonoscopy re-scheduled to early next week. Will update post after colonoscopy, but would greatly appreciate any ideas what this could be.

This is the area where the bottom most part of your kidney sits and also where your gall bladder is. Try getting tested for gall bladder diseae or kidney stones. Also get tested for Hepititis. Although it could be many things this is where i would start especially if the pain is contained to one area.
