Doctors say I'm normal, but I'm concerned about cirhosis. What should my next step be?
Do my results indicate a potential problem or would it not show up until advanced?
Should I try to convince my doctor to do a biopsy?

Your labs are perfectly normal.
Are you worried about cirrhosis just because you consume alcohol for >10 years?
Why don't you try to reduce this consumption? Your liver seems fine till now.
