Heavy drinker > 10 years 3-6 beers a day Fatigued Increasing sensitivity to drugs Bilirubin .9 PT 13.4; INR 1.2 ALT 15 AST 15 Albumin 4.5 Doctors say I'm normal, but I'm concerned about cirhosis. What should my next step be?
Do my results indicate a potential problem or would it not show up until advanced?
Should I try to convince my doctor to do a biopsy?
Thanks, E

Your labs are perfectly normal.
Are you worried about cirrhosis just because you consume alcohol for >10 years?
Why don't you try to reduce this consumption? Your liver seems fine till now.
