is there any way to abdomen movements, to overcome farting and flatus?

 when you say "abdominal movements" do you mean bowel movements? And as far as the gas is concerned, How severe is this? Change in diet may cause this as well as medications you may be taking or an underlying GI disease. Please provide us with your age and medical background so we can help serve you better. Thank you!
