Question: blockage

went to er 2 weeks ago with sever loose stool blood in stool don't have insurance yet now i have little to no stool flat in shap still blood my temp is 96.3 to96.7 still sever pain around belly button need to know should i return to er do i have blockage?

Did you take any treatment for the loose stools that you got 2 weeks ago? How long ago did you stop taking it? Other points that could support a picture of intestinal blockage: Abdominal swelling, vomiting in some cases and an absolute constipation (no stools and no flatus).

It seems the main point here is the blood in stools (also known as blood intermixed with stools). This results when the source of bleeding arises from the colon. Assessment includes colonoscopy.

Sources of bleeding:
    left sided colonic tumors
    inflammatory bowel disease
    diverticular disease
    infective colitis
    angiodysplasia
    ischemic colitis
