This has only happened twice, but i am wondering if i should get it checked out. Recently i was having a bowel movement and after a small amout (corn kernal sized) of semen came out of me. I was wondering if this was normal or not, it has happened once before taking a poo and once after.

I don't think you should worry about that. It's normal to happen occaisionally. As stools pass in the rectum they press against the prostate which is very close by. This causes seminal fluid to be squeezed out of the prostate and out of the penis.
