I am 8 weeks pregnant so morning sickness is normal however I have not had any till this morning. This morning when I got sick there was something in it that now has me concerned. I had not eaten anything since 7pm last night and I am sure it was not something I ate. What ever it was was about an inch long, white, solid, rectangle, and there was a few small pieces. Any ideas of what it could be and if it happens again should I take it to my PCP?
