Could someone please tell me how the posted questions are answered. Is it by priority, last or first posted etc????I know the Doctors are extremely busy and are all volunteers, just wondering??? I must say this is a valuable service that you provide and I thank you.

Most of the time I have noticed they are quick to answer questions. There are times that I see certain questions not getting answered. I am not sure how they are with follow up questions, whether they get answered or not??
