I am a woman, and for the last 2-3 weeks have been having pain in my lower right abdomen and in my lower back (also on the right). I do not have a uti. Any suggestions?

 Hello,
Please have a look at our pain/abdominal.htm" class="postlink">abdominal pain page for a list of possible causes of the pain you described. One possibility that should be excluded is diseases of ovary and tube (e.g. inflammation, endometriosis .. etc).
