Hi,
I have hemorrhoids at the moment and am wondering if over-intesive activity such as kickboxing (which I participate in) can aggrevate the problem or slow down recovery.
Would this apply to running as well?
Thanks.

Exercise generally it thought to improve hemorrhoids. Things such as constipation and straining to have a bowel movement will worsen hemorrhoids.
To help reduce them and prevent future occurrences try to eat plenty of fiber and try not to strain while having a bowel movement.
Best wishes.
