18 yr old female.
No past diagnosis or family history.
For a while now i've had regular stools atleast once a day sometimes it can be up to 3 or so. At times they've been a clay like colour but that has eased a bit, it's not diarreha but its not normal and theres sometimes a lot of gas aswell? I had a small phase where i took laxatives regulary but have stopped now.
I'm not very comfortable with going to a doctor is there possibly a digestive vitamin i should try?

You really need to see a doctor if you feel your stools are abnormal for you. There is such a myriad of potential problems and a huge variation of normal that it would be impossible to guess at what is happening with you.
I'm sorry we can't know all the answers here but you want to get an accurate diagnosis; not just guesses. There are some relatively harmless, though uncomfortable problems such as irritable bowel syndrome that cause changes in stools, gassiness, etc. You can treat the gas problems with simethicone. Aside from this, you would need a doctor to prescribe.
Best wishes.
