I am a 27 year old female and I have had stomach pains come and go for the past two days. At first I thought I was just hungry but it doesn't go away when I eat. I also have diarrhea. What could the problem be?

Hello,
Its hard to tell without examination. Your epigastric discomfort could be anything from dyspepsia to gastritis to any of the other causes of epigastric pain. The diarrhea you are having can be infectious, either viral, bacterial or even protozoal. Have you travelled outside the country recently? Have you taken any medications, antibiotics? Most of these conditions are self-limited. However, this should be decided by your physician after an examination.
You may need to receive therapy or to perform a stool analysis.
