26yo male diagnosed with high blood pressure and acid reflux as well as gastroenteritus ive had my appendix taken out, my cousin an aunt died of cancer an heart disease an diabetes runs in my family, current medications i take are lopressor 50mg one twice a day paxil 40mg once a day phenergan 25-50mg every 6 hours as needed, zolfran, regland 10mg 30 min before each meal an prilosec 40mg once a day.

I suffer from intense pain in my stomach central to my ribcage an down about 5 inches, it also moves up my chest into my throat an makes me feel like i constantly must vomit, i have such pain that ive been awake with no sleep due to the pain for over two weeks, an had to be sedated an given iv fluids due to hallucinations from the pain, lack of rest an dehydration.... ive had to have iv fluids many times as well as iv medications such as regland protonix phenergan morphine ativan zolfran toradol, ive had gi cocktails and all of it does not help what so ever other than the phenergan with the nausea, i suffer constant runny stools that look like coffee grounds an belch sulfur/egg smelling gas quite often.....i am normaly constantly bloated an in pain from pressure in my stomach an intestinal area.....the pain also extends into my arms an shoulders, specially between my shoulder blades an where my kidneys are.... ive never been tested for cancer or hiv/aids or hepatitis.... but ive had 3 upper gi's, one lower gi, a sonigram, xrays, a ct scan with oral an iv contrast an numerous urine an blood tests........ all to no other diagnosis of gastroenteritius...... now i think with this being on going like it is, an no real medications helping it....that it has to be something more. please help if you can.... im desperate.
