Hello.
I just wanted to know if GERD can make your breathing diificult all the time? I mean for like weeks at a time? The last few weeks it has been constant.
THANKS AGAIN. MERRY X-MAS DARKSIDE

GERD is generally not associated with difficult breathing. It can be confused with chest pain. However, shortness of breath may be psychogenic (hyperventilation syndrome). If all your tests and your examination is normal then psychogenic causes should be considered.
Good luck and best regards,
