I was just wondering what the symptoms of perforation of the esohpagus and stomach are.... thank you for your time...

 Dear Frustrated,
Severe pain whether in the chest (esophageal rupture) or in the abdomen (stomach rupture) followed by being extremely sick and if emergency surgery is not performed to close the rupture, the outcome is abysmal.
