Every morning for the past week ive woken up with a cramp to go to the bathroom, the stools the first 3 days were soft (not diareah just soft), and after that normal, i have mild constipation when passing them .... what could it be....

 Hello,
It sounds like a temporary functional disturbance in your bowel habits. This could be due to many things from stomach flu, to a mild infection to stress or bad eating habits.
If the problem persists and does not improve please call the doctor.
