Hi, I am 19 year male with moderate health. I am scared as I experienced bright red bleeding during bowel movement. I experienced it first time 2 weeks ago and the problem got solved automatically within a day. But, today I experienced bright red bleeding once again and one more thing is that I am not experiencing any other symptons like pain in stomach, pain during bowel movement, Diarhea etc. Also, stool is soft and normal and isn't covered with blood. The blood loss is usually small. Please reply soon.

Hello, The most likely cause is hemorrhoids, which may be internal and not visible to you. At your age, other causes are less likely but it would be wise to have it checked out to be sure.
Best wishes.
