 unknown1 - Fri Jan 23, 2009 10:28 am

Im 23 years old, male, about a year ago I got a appendicitis which was taken out. Now, I'm feeling sharp pain above my bellybutton. The pains were subtle but then grew with frequency and intensity. Now the pain is getting better but it still there. I most feel the pain when Im sitting down and bending forward. Any help is appreciated

Did you have a laparoscopy at the time of your surgery? Sometimes adhesions can develop after a surgical procedure. With it being positional ( your pain) this could very well be the cause. Do you notice any protrusion , like a bump that could be a hernia?
