whenever i go running i get abdominal pain in my left lower abdomen. is it my muscle. and how can i stop this from happening. after i run im stuck with the pain for a few days.

Hello,
How long have you been running. If you havent been running for some time and then you start running again then this is normal. It happens because the muscle becomes strained due to the fact that it is not used to this effort. If you run to much you can again strain your muscles.
