I have a few different symptoms that I cannot connect to anything. Can you give me your opinion?
Thank you!
Frequent dizziness - 3 weeks
Diarrhea - 3 weeks
Metal taste in mouth - 1 1/2 weeks(fillings checked cleaning done 3 days ago to rule out loose filling)
Feel sick to stomach after eating usual diet - 1 week

 Could be a gastroenteritis (inflammation of the stomach and intestines, due to infection or otherwise). Get a stool analysis done. The fatigue can be explained by the long standing diarrhoea.
