After having a PCN resistant strep. throat infection 6 months ago and a resulting systemic reaction to the antibiotic Avelox, my stool no longer floats. What could be the cause?

apparently according to what i have read stools are not supposed to float and if they do then that is a sign of various things, so i wouldn't worry if yours don't :)
